EXP is pleased to announce the newest updates to our mobile product line. With the growing adoption of wireless devices and connectivity, EXP provides solutions that are designed to be most flexible. Our growing portfolio of mobile apps allows users to break away from the restraints of a desk and carry out their duties in the field. Highly efficient, all of our modules are thoroughly configurable to our clients requirements and their industries. Modules available in this version:
Incidents: Record, track and investigate incidents, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive action items.
Observations: Conduct and record safety observations, behavior based audits, hazard spotting and inspection activities while being mobile. Corrective and preventive action items can be implemented for each observation recorded. The module allows taking photos of observed conditions and attaching them to the record.
Audits: Conduct Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental audits, to help your businesses uncover potential issues and address them. Corrective and preventive action items can be implemented for each audit finding.
Management of Change (MOC): Propose, maintain, approve, track, and execute change within an organization. The MOC tool can be used for any type of functional process or organizational change. Flexible configuration enables organizations to collect and analyze the impacts of change, as well as the pre and post-implementation requirements. Appropriate personnel can be engaged at appropriate times throughout the MOC lifecycle with all of the reviews, approvals, and change requirements being tracked in one place.
Action Items: Create, assign, track, complete and verify corrective/preventive actions. This module is available on its own for action items from any source outside of standard EXP modules, and also centralizes action items generated within each of the other EXP modules - Incidents, Observations, Audits, and MOC.
My Items: Access Action Items, Incidents, Observations, Audits, and MOC records that you are associated with from one central location.
